When Markey talks about heat records around the globe, he must be referring to the near record cold in Alaska, the UK, South America, Australia, and the fact that 2012 is shaping up to be one of the coolest years of the decade globally.

Frankly, Markey Marx should retire and stop ‘haunting’ me with his alarmist non sense. As if glaciers only calve because of global warming. I ate a double scoop ice cream cone yesterday in full sun, and it was melting faster than I could eat it. Would not have happened under non global warming conditions. I believe the much abused word ‘unprecedented’ applies here.
