It has now been almost seven years since the US was hit by a major hurricane, the longest such period on record. But NOAA is naming lots of clouds, and they did have a thunderstorm in DC which broke a dead branch off a tree near the Capitol Building.
We should adopt an 18th Century lifestyle in order to increase the number of major hurricanes, bring back the Dust Bowl and have kinder, gentler torndoes like the one that killed 700 in 1925.
Don’t be ridiculous. They were making far too much CO2 during the 18th century. We need to go back to more like a 14th century lifestyle.
You weren’t there in the 14th century. If you’re from Minnesota, say, that would mean going back to herding reindeer in Lapland.
Reindeer farts were causing climate disruption even in the 14th century.
