McKitten Defines Climate As His Own Personal Cluelessness

The moron twins are at it again

If the pictures of those towering wildfires in Colorado haven’t convinced you, or the size of your AC bill this summer, here are some hard numbers about climate change: June broke or tied 3,215 high-temperature records across the United States. That followed the warmest May on record for the Northern Hemisphere – the 327th consecutive month in which the temperature of the entire globe exceeded the 20th-century average, the odds of which occurring by simple chance were 3.7 x 10-99, a number considerably larger than the number of stars in the universe.

Some species of pine trees in Colorado can not germinate without a crown fire. Fire is a normal part of the forest cycle, and if you build your house in Colorado pine forest, sooner or later it is going to burn. Last June we were dealing with record snowpack and flooding.

When the USHCN raw data comes out at the end of the year, chances are that 2012 won’t be close to a number of years in the 1930s in terms of high temperature records. NOAA has been jacking temperatures up for more than 327 months in a row, and using McKitten/Masters nincompoop math, we can conclude that the 150,000 years when temperatures were below normal during the last ice age was impossible.

Bill McKibben and Joe Romm are not intelligent enough to be discussing science, and would do the world a favor if they stopped.

Is there a single word that can describe those who continually ignore history like McKidding and WRommg?

    Ignoramalarmists, perhaps?

    • PaddikJ says:

There is a more all-encompassing term for those whose knowledge of history doesn’t even compass their own life spans: Children.

Au contraire, mon ami – to anyone of normal intelligence, Mac & Romm’s brain-dead bloviating is a constant reminder that many things are rotten with the state of Climate “Science,” and their subsimian useful morons are a lost cause anyway. Romm in particular is so comically inept and abrasive that all but the most clueless warmers tend to keep him at arm’s length; last I heard, his web traffic had almost flat-lined.

    Long may they tweet!

  3. Andy DC says:

He who adjusts temperatures rules the world. Or so they think.

  4. samitee says:

So, let’s see if I have this right and someone please correct me if I’m wrong …

    3.7 x 10^ 0 =3.7
    3.7 x 10^-1 =0.37
    3.7 x 10^-2 =0.037
    3.7 x 10^-5 =0.000037
    3.7 x 10^-10= a really really small number…

So 3.7 x 10^-99 = number of stars in the universe? That means there are no stars in the universe? Terrifying math indeed.

“new math”? Yes, I’m sure they had to invent their own probability theory in order to end up with those ridiculous numbers.
