Norwich Police Department Gets Internet Access

While no criminal proceedings will be instigated, the investigation has concluded that the data breach was the result of a ‘sophisticated and carefully orchestrated attack on the CRU’s data files, carried out remotely via the internet’.

In other words – they have no indication that there was a hack, they have no idea who collected the files, but they do know that the zipped files were transmitted over the Internet by someone.

    Well just hold on there one moment, what makes everyone think that they don’t know who did the hacking? They have closed the case without bringing any charges because to bring charges and bring the perpetrator to court would meant that the defendants lawyers could then cross examine everyone of the climate scientists and compel them to tell the truth, far more than any inquiry has done so far.
