    It rained in or around Albuquerque 4 days in a row. Tonight was dry but the temperature was quite cool, I don’t know the numbers but it was several degrees below average, probably more than 10 degrees below. Last night when walking my dogs I saw a few people wearing jackets. This in July in the middle of the permanent SW drought.

    Interestingly, there was no drought in July 2011 when the big dust storm occurred.

    Don’t be deceived by the downward red trend line. The trend is flat during the period of rapidly rising CO2 levels and flat since the 1920s. Too bad we don’t have data going back farther.
