It’s 60, as he said he visited 57 states and one left to go, and wasn’t allowed to go to Alaska and Hawaii because his staff wouldn’t justify it!
It is also interesting that the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) has 57 member states and 3 observer states (60 states in all). Just a coincident? Perhaps…
