I’ve been following this topic every day since 2007 and I note that “extreme weather” is a new meme that only started 12 months ago or so, because all the other predictions failed to pan out.
(Unless we count Hurricane Katrina which Al Gore blamed on AGW but I don’t think he rates as a scientist.)
