It Is A Form Of Severe Mental Illness

Bouncing around from one mindless paranoid fear to the other. The midwest was burning up, until it turned cold. They were obsessed with Greenland for a couple of hours. Now it is Arctic ice.

You alarmists are a bunch of total nutcases.

Couldn’t have said it better Steve.Keep up the good work, thanks.

  2. Don Sutherland says:

All three events were newsworthy. The first culminated in July’s being the warmest month on record in the contiguous U.S. (1895-2012). The second was a rare event, the last of which occurred in 1889. The third has already seen the Arctic sea ice area reach a new record low (Cryosphere Today) with Arctic sea ice extent on the doorstep of eclipsing the 2007 record minimum (JAXA and NSIDC). All three have in common that they occurred in the midst of an ongoing warming of the global climate that is being driven, in large part by the growing anthropogenic forcing.

    • Thank you for proving my point.

Using propaganda under the guise of science to “prove” the validity of progaganda.

You forgot that massive cool down with many record lows. The one the alarmists and the Media barely acknowledged.

By the way what happened in Australia for the same 3 months you alarmists babbled about a 1% of the planets surface area of Eastern America?

      LOL

    • You can cherry pick ‘cold events’ around the globe and present the opposite argument just as easily. Don, if you had good arguments you would use them. I also suspect you would then be laughing at the ‘obvious cherry picks of the deniers’.

Don Sutherland [August 25, 2012 at 12:53 am] says:

“… July’s being the warmest month on record in the contiguous U.S. (1895-2012).”

Serious question: Do you actually believe that July was “the warmest month on record in the contiguous U.S. (1895-2012)”? Really?

Unless you were born yesterday you can easily remember 5 or 10 hotter summer periods, I know I can. In past summers we have hit 100°F plus on multiple days in New York, sometimes every day for a week. I am not sure it even happened once this year. Could you find a single real location where it was “the warmest month on record in the contiguous U.S. (1895-2012)” anywhere?

You realize that for that completely phony statistic to be accurate it would mean that for every place like mine where that is not true, you would have to in turn find more locations where it is true.

Stop spreading alarmism, because you’re not really any different than dark ages peasants convincing people that the wrath of God caused the plague or storms or comets. Since those uneducated peasants had no knowledge of Earth sciences they can be forgiven. You have no such excuse. You know full well that the AGW climate kooks are playing a numbers game, altering historical data to create false conclusions and lies, in order to push their pathetic socialist agenda.

Are you an ignorant useful idiot or a willing co-conspirator? It’s hard to tell.

Don , according to the new and very accurate USCRN surface station temperature records July of 2012 only averaged 75.5 degrees , not the 77.6 hansen , karl and crew are claiming with their manipulated , homogenized , adjusted data. Yeah , cry all you want about the fact that they are new stations and I will tell you that the new data proves the existence of far higher UHI than you warmists want to admit .

  3. Eric Barnes says:

Yep. All Climate Science really needs is Jim Jones. Then the rest of us can get on with real life.

  4. Andy OZ says:

Check out Australia temperatures over the last three months.
Minimum temperatures are 2-3 deg C below average across much of the continent. Must be the carbon tax working.
At least that is what Julia Gillard would have us believe.
