Climate Liars Completely Lose The Plot

The first eight months of 2012 had the most extreme weather in U.S. since such record-keeping began in 1910, according to the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC). The Climate Extremes Index, or CEI, is used to track the highest and lowest 10 percent of extremes in temperature, precipitation, drought, and tropical storms and hurricanes across the lower 48 states. That the year-to-date was the most extreme on record should not come as much of a surprise, since the year to date was the hottest on record, and a massive drought, accompanied by searing heat waves, gripped much of the country from March through the end of the summer.

2012 Has Had Most Extreme Weather On Record for U.S. | Climate Central

What complete bullshit.  Most of the extreme weather from the index was mild temperatures during the winter and spring.  2012 has been very quiet for hurricanes, tornadoes and floods. The drought was nowhere near as bad as 1988 (did the Mississippi River dry up this year?) The heat was nowhere near as bad as 1936, 1934 or 1901.

These people are disgusting charlatans who are abusing American history.

The warmists and their enthusiastic allies in the corporate-controlled media are not interested in facts that contradict their cherished AGW belief system.

Their deeply held, reasoned arguments can be summed up as follows: “The planet is getting warmer you stupid denier, and if you don’t believe it, you are engaged in a criminal conspiracy to to defile Mother Earth and kill your fellow man.”

  2. omnologos says:

Once upon a time, it was only 2% of the planet. Who knew?

  3. Shooter says:

Hey, lucky I live in Canada. Well, not really, since alarmists blame us for AGW ever since we backed out of the Kyoto Protocol.

    • Eric Barnes says:

Yep. Soon we’ll all be force to wear (well not red A’s), yellow incandescent lightbulb patches so we can be publicly scorned. High times.

      • The science fiction master Robert A. Heinlein, way back in the 1940’s, wrote stories based on his take of a “future history”, that included a time, about now in fact, that he called “the crazy years”. We are literally in the crazy years now. (I would say Heinlein deserves a posthumous Nobel Prize, but in my view, after such prizewinners as Yasser Arafat, Al Gore and the IPCC, the Nobel Prize means nothing anymore.)

  4. Otter says:

They also say it was the ’11th’ on the list… but make NO mention of what years were the top ten. I posted a question to the article but not expecting an answer.

  5. gator69 says:

We had the most extreme non-tornado tornado season I have ever seen. Unprecedented!

  6. ozspeaksup says:

    harryd…well said crazy indeed,
and couldnt agree more re Nobels.
Lost all truth and cred., worthless, abused,
