Believers and their media puppets were dead silent in March when Arctic Ice extent was greatest for at least 7 years, and they are totally feral now. My bovine exreta meter has gone into the red zone. The only logical explanation is that AGW believers hibernate each winter to emerge in late April and begin crapping everywhere to get attention.

Obviously a very flukey season where ice fell off a cliff in early August due to a freak cold blizzard. Now at least I know, excessive wind is bad for ice, whether it is a cold wind does not matter. It doesn’t matter to alarmists either, they are going to jump up and down in false triumph, like little children in the peanut gallary, regardless of the science or lack thereof.

Well said. My thoughts exactly.
During summer months, arctic ice melts. During winter months arctic ice forms. Interesting I’m sure. Some summers, wind, storms, ocean conditions (currents, SST) act to accelerate summer melt. Sometimes not so much.
Winter returns. Ice forms. To me not too disturbing and certainly nothing we puny humans have much immediate control over.
Disturbing to me would be arctic ice remaining thick and extensive all summer; every summer and each winter that ice encroaching ever further south.
If theory is right about storm then should be rapid recovery over next 2 weeks as ice sat cant detect now freezes up so it can. But make no mistake about it, until the AMO changes we will be seeing assaults on the northern ice cap each summer
This may be a stupid question,but im gonna ask anyway. If its the warm AMO that is responsable for decreasing arctic sea ice, why does the summer sea ice decrease more rapidly from the alaska side of the arctic??
