American intelligence officials insist that the attack on the Benghazi consulate was not pre-planned, but a new CNN report says that Ambassador Chris Stevens had expressed concerns about the safety of the mission in the months before his death. According to “a source familiar with his thinking,” Stevens was worried about the growing threat of al-Qaeda and other extremists in Libya and even mentioned that he was on a terrorist “hit list.”

I think I did hear a tape of someone asking that and DingleBarry refused to answer. That is how you skewer him alive. Now they just have to do it on camera at a press conference. Then the Republicrat can make a nice commercial out of it and beat him over the head with it (if he has the balls, which I doubt).
Al Qaeda took over Libya with the help of U.S. allies Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Al Qaeda fighters moved from Libya to Syria, supplied by U.S. allies Saudi Arabia and Qatar so they can do the same thing there. Al Qaeda fighters kill the U.S. Ambassador in Libya. Maybe we’ll find out why they did that after our FOIA request is granted thirty years from now (unless the public record has been sealed for 75 years, as was done with JFK).
