All the so called reports from the 1970 saying that there was a Global Cooling scare were made up. They were manufactured by the Koch brothers using well paid Big Oil lackeys back in 2006. Oh, look I’ve found some more here –

The writers of the report were concerned about crop failures in the Soviet Union. In what year did the Soviet Union not experience crop failure?
According to the BBC, err sorry Pravda , the crop didn’t so much fail as ‘experienced negative expansion in real time’.
