I love it!
They pulled the same “gut and replace” tactic that gave us Obamacare.
The original bill, HB183, was originally listed as “…Amends the Electronic Fund Transfer Act. Removes the requirement for a person operating a terminal to disclose surcharges for usage of the terminal by a sign on the terminal. Effective immediately…”
And was replaced, by a senate amendment, to the following:
“…Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Creates the Firearm Concealed Carry Act.”
