She still has to testify, and nobody else is protected by her pleading the fifth. I’m grabbing the popcorn!
She refused to answer ANY, and was threatened , by a democrat no less, that this would force the appointment of a special prosecutor. (In retrospect her refusal could be the best thing to happen.)
However, government employees answer to the government and the people. As no charges have been placed, they cannot plead the 5th. I believe, in general, feds cannot hide the misdeeds of the government with the 5th.
