The U.S. Park Police has lost track of thousands of handguns, rifles and machine guns in what a government watchdog agency concluded is the latest example of mismanagement on a police force trusted to protect millions of visitors to the city’s iconic monuments.
Park Police lost track of weapons, inspector general’s report says – The Washington Post
If a gun shop did this, it would be off to jail and throw away the key. Government employees – no consequences.
Love your title! That has got to be a Pulitzer winner! 😆
What the hell is the Park Service doing with ‘machine guns’?
Target practice and popping bottles off logs! What else is there to do with machine guns?
Not the first time this administration has lost track of thousands of guns.
That’s OK because the guns aren’t in the hands of law abiding citizens.
This is probably good news. Anything to get them out of the government’s oversight.
