Prime Minister Julia Gillard and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger have written a joint opinion piece to urge global action on climate change.
The opinion piece, published in News Limited newspapers, stresses that the two regions are not alone in acting on climate change, and says that by the end of the year more than 1 billion people will be living in a state or country where a price on carbon is in place.
“By the end of 2013, more than a billion people will be living in a state or country where a price on carbon pollution is in place, demonstrating that we are not alone.
30,000 people in the UK alone died of cold last winter because of high energy costs, and these two fine leaders are working to keep global warming from overheating them in their frozen homes.
Extermination of the undesirables has long been the goal of the Statists of the world. Freezing poor people is so much better for them because they don’t have to get their hands dirty. They don’t have to do anything but what comes naturally to governments: tax, spend, tax, regulate, spend, regulate, tax ….
Carbon pollution makes about as much sense as worthless gold.
““By the end of 2013, more than a billion people will be living in a state or country where a price on carbon pollution is in place, demonstrating that we are not alone.”
Not alone in getting intercoursed by a smoke tax.
There’s a certain irony in the only prime minister in Australian history to be under police investigation, to go about pretending to have superior morality.
They just can’t wait to get their grubby hands into our pockets with their stinking carbon tax scam.
