   China owns us! We are in no position to dictate anything to them. Obama can only kiss their feet and work his way up from there.

   Huff Po runs with that headline yet the only mention in the article was: “In one tangible outcome of the summit, Obama and Xi agreed to cooperate in fighting climate change by cutting the use of hydrofluorocarbons, or HFCs, which are greenhouse gases.”

   Sigh.

     The U.S. has already cut CO2 emissions while China’s are growing exponentially.
