She picks hot weather , you pick cold weather …. neither tell you much apart from where the bias is.
Yes, three hot hours this afternoon caused by downslope winds is equivalent to six months weather. Thanks for clearing that up.
Put the blame for alarmism on alarmists only.
Isn’t it funny how warmists will hoot, hollar and yell and scream about how 15 years is too short of a time to figure out climate issues, but a one afternnoon hot day is enough time to tell you it is warming up and that its “worse than ever before.”
Can’t these people see the hypocrisy in that statement? Can’t they see why they are wrong? Just a few days ago I was talking to a green who was convinced it was still warming up on this planet because the last three months in one location on this planet were among the hottest ever. I told him the simple answer that if 3 months of data tells you whether you are warming or not than 15 years is an avalanche of data. In true form, the delusional or idiot (take your pick) insisted that he was right and that I was wrong to point out 15 years because 30 years ithe climate gold standard! But his 3 months of data is conclusive proof that the oceans are going to boil over. Its just nuts, you can not reason with idiots I guess.
Who lives at the airport anyway? DIA was a huge expansion over Stapleton in 1995, which was built in 1929, so of course UHI is going to push records higher.
Jet exhaust is hot. Big deal.
I hope this is more climate alarmism: http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/06/12/18918028-storm-system-threatening-millions-in-midwest-could-spawn-feared-derecho?lite&lite=obnetwork
I’m in the cross-hairs.
