Freedom of choice means that you are free to have an abortion, but all other choices are made by the government.
Privacy means that a 12 year old girl can get birth control pills without her parent’s knowledge, but all other privacy is non-existent. The NSA is being used to spy on all Americans, against their charter.
Pay no attention to the 1.6 billion bullets which DHS is purchasing. They are buying ten times as much as they need – in order to save money.

The Federal organ transplant rules are outdated and need revision.
With Obamacare’s implementation, count on a lot more govt officials making rules, and a slow bureaucracy that can’t keep up with medical advances.

back around 1973, during the Laetrile controversy, the big new phrase because of Roe vs Wade became “freedom of choice.” So the FDA commissioner, Donald Kennedy (if I remember the name correctly) was asked, “well, shouldn’t people have freedom of choice in cancer treatment?” He replied (in so many words) “well, of course, but it has to be an intelligent choice.”
