Betting On Every Horse In The Race

In 2011, NOAA made a dozen different landfall forecasts for Irene. Every state on the East Coast (plus South Carolina and Georgia which Obama recently relocated to the Gulf Coast) was forecast for landfall at one time or another.

Then they declared victory for having predicted the winner.

    I suspect Californian police were recruited from the NOAA weather forecasters. They hit the back of a pick up with a couple of women in it, but only after firing about 500 rounds.

    I realize I’m just shooting the broad side of a barn here, but I think I’d be pretty safe in hitting the mark if I said Obama is the only American President to have prayed for (or at least secretly hoped for) natural disasters such as a large Hurricane to make a direct hit on an American city.
