If you basically put down a red line and say don’t use chemical weapons, and it’s been enforced in the Western community, around the world – international community for decades – don’t use chemical weapons. We didn’t use them in World War II, Hitler didn’t use them, we don’t use chemical weapons,
And then there was the thousands of tons of napalm which the US dropped on Japan and Germany – which killed hundreds of thousands of civilians.
I guess napalm isn’t a chemical.

What are bullets etc. made of? Copper , lead etc and what are they fired by ? Explosive chemicals. It doesn’t matter if you are killed by a lead bullet or cyanide gas. You are still dead!

No civilized country in the world would do such a thing!
Exposure to Agent Orange is what finally took my father’s life, four decades after the war.
Then there is this

Don’t forget the John Harvey which was carrying mustard gas in WWII.
“On Dec. 2, 1943, a German air attack sank 17 merchant ships in the Italian port of Bari. One of the ships destroyed that day was carrying a secret cargo of 100 tons of mustard gas bombs. The bombs exploded, releasing sulfur mustard into the harbor and the air. Many soldiers and civilians were injured or died from the mustard gas effects.”

Yup! And that idiot is going to bomb Syrian sites where chemical weapons are stored……
It’s doubtful that agent orange caused those birth defects. Agent orange has been studied and investigated inside out and there is zero evidence it has caused any problems for humans. The answer to why the people in the video were so willing to blame agent orange is obvious from what they said; it is a shakedown for money, pure and simple. I would suspect poor diet and their superstition that strange herbs will cure you is the real cause of these kinds of birth defects in third world countries. So what do they blame similar problems on in countries where agent orange was never used?
Don’t forget Dresden.
