In recent years, relatively little multi-year ice has drifted out the Fram Strait, and high Arctic summers have been below normal temperatures.
Obviously the multi-year ice is going to build back up under these conditions, as it has been doing for the past four or five years. Unless team climate moron has a mechanism for CO2 to produce increased ice transport out the Fram Strait, the mount of MYI is going to continue to increase.
Someone with half a brain might be able to figure out that CO2 does not control the amount of Arctic ice.
There is a rumor Mikey still has a half dozen or so brain cells still working. Maybe he will be the one to figure this out.
C’mon Mikey, we know you can do it. Hockey sticks are used on ice, you have part of it already done.
Julienne says it’s a new Paradigm. This is the new, Fragile, Rotten, Dishonest Ice. It doesn’t just float around any more. A smidgen more of CO2 orders it to change state…. “for the cause”.
“Unless team climate moron has a mechanism for CO2 to produce increased ice transport out the Fram Strait, . . . ”
As missing heat sinks to the bottom of the ocean, it displaces cold water, causing an out-flowing current from the Arctic, because, as anyone can tell from a globe, the water will be flowing downhill.
I agree that carbon dioxide does not control the amount of ice in the arctic, but you can’t say ice has built up over the last four or five years, as 2012 was a record low.
Reread the blog … “Obviously the multi-year ice is going to build back up under these conditions, as it has been doing for the past four or five years” … especially the MULTI-YEAR part!!
Well perhaps you should actually read what I wrote next time – before you comment.
