  3. Silly Steve. Global w?a?r?m?i?n?g? weirding causes instances where the opposite of what you expect happens. So it when some locations show no sea level rise, it proves climate change is happening.

    Er, climate disruption is happening…. uh…. it proves a Public Health Issue is happening……
