Is my understanding correct, that the clown (or others) had done the same thing in the past with masks of different presidents. I might be misinformed.
Either way, I would not condone the action because of an insult to the office, not because of an insult to the person in it.
Most of us have grown up having to roll with the punches and laugh at ourselves a little.
Take the job seriously, not yourself. However, it is becoming much more difficult to take anything from the Executive branch seriously.
I am surprised that the rodeo clown still walks free.

That is a common practice with the rodeo clowns. They poke fun at anything. They try to bring humor to a serious situation.
