He is a phony, and they are scandals…
That’s so astonishing. They were completely unprepared for an attack, then left those guys to fend for themselves for 10 or 12 hours afterwards. That alone is a scandal, then they lied about, and have had a sham of an ongoing investigation afterwards.
There was a time when people actually cared that the government lied to them, and now it seems half the country is totally fine with that.
They feel that if it comes from “Skeeter” it is not a “LIE”, or he has a grand reason for a Minor misdirection. Just like an other swarm of Skeeters he has us looking everywhere so he can suck some more blood.

According to his testimony, Hicks called African Command for assistance and was told none was available. This isn’t McPentagon where you get drive up military action. The big question is, why was Stevens in Benghazi. He was ambassador and called the shots and willingly went where it was overly dangerous then and now. Before and after Stevens death high ranking diplomats were targeted in Benghazi. Typical American thinking we can do anything we want anywhere in the world when we want. It’s too bad 4 people died but I see no tears shed for the hundreds of innocent civilians killed in drone attacks nor the millions of civilians we killed or caused to be killed since the beginning of the Vietnam war and the destruction of their countries. Libya is a war torn country with a weak government totally outmatched by the militias that run rampant. Do your research and you will know why the investigation is going nowhere. For months after the incident any Libyan official who tried to mount an investigation ended up dead or went missing and it hasn’t gotten any better. No one was left to die so let’s stop with that lie. When the 2 ex seals died at the CIA annex Libyans who were helping the rescue effort died too. Nowhere do I see tears shed for them.
Benghazi is like the George Zimmerman trial. A whole bunch of people getting outraged because they don’t know, or don’t want to know, the facts. I have followed the Libya situation since before we started bombing them back into the stone age. So before you criticize my post do some research first.

That is a nice harangue, but none of it is relevant to the points Steven Goddard raised in this post, especially the President lying to the American people afterward, as part of a still-continuing cover-up. For me, the “big question” has nothing to do with Stevens, or the idea of “4 men killed”; it is all about the blatant lying to the American people, on behalf of those who consider themselves at war with us. This President is not working in the best interests of the American people–or the truth.
I couldn’t put it better than this. CIA is messing up lives of many 3rd worlds and getting the lives of decent Americans and others in the process. CIA is doing this now in the State of Bahrain, a small island in the Arabian Gulf!!

It is McPentagon because they have Fast Response teams that are on standby for immediate deployment to anywhere in the world. They are positioned at bases all over the world. The truth should have been told or at least a reasonable version of the truth rather than an outright lie. Just like all the other lies Skeeter’s Comrades have been pushing.
Hey Mike! There were at least four options we could have used to save those folks, IF Skeeter had wanted to. One force in particular is a QRF designed to protect our diplomats, especially ambassadors, on foreign soil. That QRF, like any other, could have responded well before the fight was over. Hell, one fighter jet producing a low level sonic boom may have been sufficient to disperse the crowd, but Skeeter did not want to bring attention to his arms deals with Al Qaeda, and let those whom he is sworn to protect die.
As a member of any US military force, you KNOW that if your back is against the wall, your brothers will move Heaven and Earth to save you. That knowledge has now passed. Skeeter is doing everything he can to destroy the moral of our military, along with everything else that makes America great.
Odd that reporters are light years ahead in investigating this travesty, or is it?

I guess when the Libyan President goes public stating that the Benghazi attack was a premeditated terrorist attack, immediately followed by Choom gang members going public stating the cause was some obscure youtube video, that might tend to piss off the Libyan President. The above might explain why the International press was on-site within a week of the Benghazi tragedy and it took the Choomer-in-Chief 24 days before permission was allowed for the FBI to enter Benghazi.

Team Obama is also doing a phony investigation into Benghazi, IRS, and stopped the F&F investigation with Executive Privilege (by implication, Obama had to know about it). Holder made a phony statement about the Rosen case.
