   Lighten up – Obama has already announced that it will only last 2 days and hit a list of 50 sites. He’ll probably file the details with the UN to get Russian & Chinese approval – no need for congress. Assad should have plenty of warning to move any critical forces. It’s the image that matters – he needs to look tough. He can apologise in private when he gets to Moscow next week.
