Why US Climate Experts Believe The World Began In The 1970’s

US climate experts start their graphs in the 1970s, because it was the coolest period on record in the US, and was much hotter prior to 1960. In the private sector, this would get you prosecuted. In academia, it gets you high priced speaking engagements.

  4. If I remember correctly, the 1970’s were when people were warning us of an impending ice age. There were these cartoon drawings of mammoths coming down from Canada and charging through our cities, leaving a path of destruction in their wake…

      … and the Cold War whiners added all the hype for “Nuclear Winter” if the US and USSR duked it out with ICBM’s… as if that would be a major problem in a post nuked era.
