I watched the TVNZ news last night and the fear mongering lies about England was bizarre. They are so picky with their videos and information and so obviously anti Trump. People lap it up though as NZ continues down the marxist black hole. Again anyone who speaks out or likes Trump is labelled a ‘tin foil hat conspiracy nut job’, which I am proud to be. Lost a few ‘friends’ – yawn. Keep up the great work Tony. You are a breath of fresh air in a polluted atmosphere of lies, egos and agendas.

Although cases appear to be going up rapidly nationally in the UK, if you look locally, in many places, the ‘2nd wave’ already appears to have stalled well short of the ‘1st wave’. London is one of the places that got out of control before lockdown and probably got closest to herd immunity. You can see London cases overall, and the individual boroughs here:–covid-19–cases

My county can be seen on slide 2 here.

From deaths in a population of 860k and an IFR of 0.5%, you can infer we did get into the HIT range suggested by Nic Lewis, his latest here:-

This ‘2nd wave’ is probably just a blip from false positives, schools reopening, and the virus seeking out areas where the previous lockdown impeded natural spread. All Boris had to do was hold his nerve and ignore the moron modelers and with one bound……. But no.

The kids were the most and earliest locked down when schools closed in mid-March. Surprise, surprise they are the ones most infected now after a couple of months of freedom then re-congregating. Let ’em get on with it.

Boris has been a bitter disappointment.

    Coronavirus Act 2020

There is a petition to be signed on the website to repeal the coronavirus laws

The Coronavirus Act grants potentially dangerous powers including to detain some persons indefinitely, to take biological samples, and to give directions about dead bodies. Powers last up to 2 years with 6 monthly reviews, and lockdown powers could prevent protests against measures.

    More details
The Act also lowers protections under the Mental Health Act. Only one medical ‘officer’ is required to sign off a compulsory treatment order. There are changes to the court system and registration of deaths, and inquests have been suspended in some circumstances. There is no requirement for any medical certification for cremations. It also provides for the indemnity of health service activity for those providing care to a person who has, or is suspected of having, coronavirus disease.
