no doubt true because we also did not have glaciers in Glacier Park Montana 4000 years ago… says the park literature, found online. also roughly in that period, Lake Michigan level was roughly 200 ft lower than it is today. I first learned that by reading the storyboards along the sidewalk on the south side of the Mackinac bridge, I think it was called Mackinaw City. the last time I was there, roughly 10 years ago, those storyboards had been removed.
Seems the number of warming periods during the last Millenias is higher than Kamalas IQ.
Still single digit,
but high enough to get the Idea that perpetual climate fluctuations are the most normal thing just as growing and disappearing glaciers and arctic ice and sometimes those fluctuation get a bit longer.
Long enough for trees to grow(and be later found) beyond their established Zones.
I used to like that show for a couple of seasons, then they got real repetitive, with the same experts. I can’t believe it is still going, and then the other day, I happened upon a trailer for it, and it was the same cattle mutilations gal talking about that, and she looks a hell-of-a-older than when the show first started. I guess the attraction to the show is watching their group of experts age, while telling the same stories.
