   But when the Earth is 3 degrees warmer the Sahara dessert disappears and the whole thing turns into meadowland. That was the situation until about 5000 year ago.

   it’s been brutally cold in Minnesota the past week and I have my fingers crossed that my furnace is going to hold out. its 19 years old and it has been running almost constantly. I’m expecting this will be about the 20th coldest February in the past 140 years for South Central Minnesota. depends how warm it gets next week as a warm-up is expected

   ‘The kicker is feed back loops’, that is the feedback of water vapour, which junk science takes as positive, due to an alleged augmented greenhouse effect, when in reality it is strongly negative, due to the effect of water vapour on lapse rate. If water vapour feedback were indeed positive, the air above stretches of water would be hot, while arid deserts would be cold. Death Valley would be one of the coldest places on Earth.

     You can not expect the AI ( it’s more a B or C -I I’d say)
     to be correct on anything complex when it fails with the most basic kindergarten stuff.

     Siberia average temp. is 0 C .
     Global average is 15 C.
     Even if we take into account nonexistent 1.5C warming picture perfect 300ppm global average is 13.5 C.

     Even a further worst case scenario 5 degree warming wouldn’t get us half ways to average global temperatures.

     Therefore there is no way to get to the conclusion that Siberia might stay liveable, especially not FOR A WHILE as Siberia will still be a very cold place.

     Another huge nonsense is the claim that people could not exist in Dubai without AC .
     The hottest habited place is in piss poor Ethiopia = no AC.
     And Dubai is 6 degrees cooler.

     And just as the impact of sun to our climate is being ignored
     they also always ignore that technological progress that makes life easier no matter the conditions.
     So much that even a 60 degrees CELSIUS difference from the standard
     (antarctica – 45 C) is no longer a thing and thousands of people can live there.

     Keep in mind : We can sent people to the moon and maybe Mars.
     Have a manned space station for decades,
     but we can not deal with 2 degrees of warming 🙂

       I remember when Tony asked Chat about himself and it replied that his real name is Steve Goddard. So the answer is gave was precisely wrong, backwards. B or C minus is far too generous, AI is in the Biden range cognitively. It’s too young to have dementia so if it were a person I’d diagnose it with a moderate to severe developmental disability with an IQ in the 50- 60 range – “dull”. And I’d recommend a residential group home with supervision. AI gleans information – and disinformation – from the internet and much if not most of the “content” on the internet is now AI-generated, a self-referential illogic loop

         Seems AI does not has any understanding but only
         a certain level of framing.(literally – as the first AI painting was even too dumb to center the painted person correctly)
         As soon as it leaves the realm of math it relies on quantity.

         BTW – Another loop went full circle.
         17 years after Citibank picked Obamas cabinet,
         Bidens cabinet full of Citiba… Obama people secretly transferred 20 billions (more money than Jamaicas GDP) to – Citibank.

         Money for Green Energy projects.
         I wonder why Citibank ain’t using it’s own money to invest in trash energy?
         But it pays off to own US presidents.

   Now – how can this trend all of a sudden turn into the exact opposite and dying trees?
   And especially in equatorial regions that are the greenest on earth?
   On a planet covered with 70% water and warmer oceans,increased evaporation
   and therefore more rain.

   How is an expanding of the Sahara a factor but the expanding of greening is not in this equation?
   And where do those feedback loops come from that never happened before?
   And where exactly are those “past recovery levels”
   and why haven’t they be reached in hundred of millions of years,
   but now of a sudden will?
   Why did this planet always recover but now won”t?

   Pro tip for beginner AI’s:
   Antarctica will only really “recover” once the ice is gone and the region becomes warm enough.
   And the Sahara wouldn’t been growing if a fraction of the money wasted on green energy would have been invested in the Sahara.

   I suppose that’s why Trump is trying to acquire Greenland, that too might stay livable. Unlike most major US cities – windows up, doors locked, don’t stop for any reason. Kevlar vest optional. And when all those billions of tons of ice melt in this “slow burn” maybe Jared can develop it, build luxury resorts

   AI is all hype and no reality. All it can do is spew out whatever information is dominant on the interwebs, and then reinforce the BS with ever more confirming reports coming from other AIs. AI will just keep reinforcing their own garbage, as the web becomes a massive repository of nonsense.
   Some day, real humans will have to totally reset the web.
