   “The Carney” (small hands, smells like cabbage)

   Remember Bush squandered plenty of money for bailouts and stimulus.

   When the economy was at the edge of a cliff in 2008., both parties felt that we needed to throw a lot of money around. No one wanted a Great Depression on their watch!

   Carney is what a Hawker at a Carnival is called. Actually anyone employed in the Carnival trade but the Hawkers luring the patrons to rigged games are the most visible. At least when I was going to Carnivals in my younger days! This guy sounds like a “Carney”!
