   Uh…It is in the North Pacific. It’s North of the Equator las time I checked.

   Errr…..Uhhmm…….
   Lat = 16 degrees, 43.9 minutes North
   Long = 169 degrees, 31.9 minutes West

   Disappear? Clarify? Correct? Let it stand as a testament to human fallibility?

   [Update] Well I guess it isn’t in the South Pacific. It is actually up in the North Pacific – like Alaska.

   Johnston Atoll is still in the North Pacific and Australia is still in the South Pacific, the Southern Ocean and the Indian Ocean.
