Radar To Detect Incoming Global Warming Bombs

This will give families time to evacuate and escape the ravages of CO2.

AN environmental expert has called for concerted efforts in developing an early warning system for Zambia to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change.

Zambia Climate Change Network chairperson Noel Zimba said this during a workshop on climate change awareness in Ndola yesterday that the response to creating a framework for an early warning system should embrace all stakeholders involved in handling issues related to climate change in Zambia.

He said without the stakeholders partnering the Government, the nation would fail to come up with a clear early warning system for climatic changes.

Mr Zimba said the Government had so far, managed to employ early warning systems in some parts of Zambia but more needed to be done to safeguard the country from the adverse effects of climatic changes.

He said the early warning system was an important element in Zambia’s preparedness for response to climatic changes, hence the need to invest in it.

Apparently Mr. Latitude you understood what I meant to say. New MacBook with itty-bitty keys. Silly thing. But seriously, what will their warning system do exactly? What will it predict? And how? I understand such silly things…

Everybody into the basement and under the mattresses!
It might be half a degree warmer today than it was 100 years ago!

The amazing thing is that crap like this gets published. With leaders like him, it is no wonder that Zambia is such a prosperous (sarc) country.

Gives a hell of a new literal meaning to sounding the alarms on global warming, huh?
