  3. It's always Marcia, Marcia says:

Why aren’t the antiwar left making a continual fuss over Libya? We still haven’t heard the “Obama lied and people died” chant.

  4. Amino Acids in Meteorites says:

Slow but steady. How awful that the most powerful Nations in the West can’t do more in such a small country.

Oh ya, and by the way, why exactly did Obama send the US military into Libya and start killing people? It costs 1 billion a week? The reason given doesn’t add up since Iran and Syria have killed more of its people than Libya has. People in Syria are being killed right on tv. So why won’t the most transparent White House ever be transparent and transparently tell everyone the real reason Obama started a war in Libya?

  5. Jimash says:

That’s RTop, Responsibility to Protect .
    The underlying reasoning for Libya.

    Amino ,
My comment with the explanation is in limbo at the moment.
I’ll Copy it here without the links or video.
Glenn Beck said that they are using the UN and NATO
to prosecute a war against Libya, because nobody likes Qaddafi
and that makes it easy , and it legitimizes the UN “doctrine” of RoTP, a concept created and championed by, Samantha Power,
Wife of Regulatory Czar , Cass Sunnstein

The idea being, that once they do it to libya it will be an easy sell to do it to the intended victim, Israel, in the fall after they
recognize a Palestinian sate in the UN. It’ll only be fair, the did it to libya.
Samantha Power , who holds some ill defined advisory position in the white house has distinct opinions.
