Katherine has been misleading the flock about Texas weather, and is getting her just rewards. The hot pink circle sits over Katherine – the only place in Texas or Oklahoma still experiencing drought. I have been watching the radar recently, and Lubbock keeps getting missed by a mile or two. The area west of Lubbock actually got slammed with heavy rain yesterday, but the NOAA map seems to have missed it.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

The climate science rules, the rules that say nothing happened before 1970, that KH abides by allow as little as 1% of Earth’s surface to represent global climate change if it occurs for more than three days. This rule can also be applied on a non-global basis whereby KH can claim Texas drought as long as any 1% of Texas is in a drought. Deniers just don’t understand climate science. 🙂
She should pray a little harder for rain. It worked for Rick Perry.
Who needs to pray or have a rain dance? All they need is to get the Met Office to do a long range forecast saying ‘drought till xmas’ and then give it about a week for their hoodoo to work it’s magic. Failing that there’s always a good old fashioned fudge of the numbers 😉
