“Relying again upon substantial scientific evidence, EPA determined that anthropogenically induced climate change threatens both public health and public welfare,” the judges wrote in Tuesday’s unsigned opinion. “It found that extreme weather events, changes in air quality, increases in food- and waterborne pathogens, and increases in temperatures are likely to have adverse health effects. The record also supports EPA’s conclusion that climate change endangers human welfare by creating risk to food production and agriculture, forestry, energy, infrastructure, ecosystems, and wildlife.”

Romney is on record as being a Warmist, claiming publicly that there is scientific proof that mankind is changing the climate. He changed his position when he realized it was unpopular and would cost him votes in November. I don’t trust him.
By the way, we should abolish the EPA.
I have the same concern. But a decade ago, only Inhofe saw thru the scam right off the bat. Sites like this one have been a powerful learning tool for conservatives. In the only Political Party still functioning in the real world, it appears the tide has turned. Hopefully, Romney has actually seen the light. Now the GOP has to understand that the ENEMY is fully integrated into our institutions. The EPA must be abolished, all Enviro funding shut down, and all Eco-psycho “Sustainable” publications, organizations stricken from our Gov. Create a GOP defined set of environmental regs, and let law enforcement handle it for the next decade. Forbid all Environmental litigation until further notice. Monitor and tweak as necessary.
