“Demographers agree almost unanimously on the following grim timetable: by 1975 widespread famines will begin in India; these will spread by 1990 to include all of India, Pakistan, China and the Near East, Africa. By the year 2000, or conceivably sooner, South and Central America will exist under famine conditions….By the year 2000, thirty years from now, the entire world, with the exception of Western Europe, North America, and Australia, will be in famine.”

Those are great quotes, hard to pick a favorite, but this stands out…
“The world has been chilling sharply for about twenty years. If present trends continue, the world will be about four degrees colder for the global mean temperature in 1990, but eleven degrees colder in the year 2000. This is about twice what it would take to put us into an ice age.

Of course Ehrlich made the list too!
How could environmentalists get it so wrong? They’re environmentalists, they always get it wrong.
Those bozos have no idea about the environment.
We need a monument dedicated to the memory of people like Gunter, Ehrlich, Carson, etc. so that people are reminded of how science can be perverted.
There have been liars and despots since the beginning of human history and none of them ever learned their lesson from the previous generation of liars and despots…………………these present day idiots will follow the same path…total DISCREDITATION!!!
Climate Change is fear mongering to find new ways to tax people. If the future could be predicted with any certainty by computer models, surely someone could do the same with the stock market.
