    Apparently, we have some of the dumbest people on the planet running the Dept of State. India and Pakistan are mortal enemies and there is no way on Gods gray earth that Pakistan, which rules Afghanistan by proxy is going to allow India any hand in that country.

    So last year they were all moaning and groaning about the Indian Monsoon supposedly being nearly 2 months late and blaming it on GW. Now it comes supposedly two weeks early and they’re still moaning and groaning.
