  1. Nobama says:

It’s a start. When Gore and his minions are serving 500 years we will have arrived.

  2. Russell C says:

Our AGW friends still think they have a chance in the court system – they should be thrilled about today’s major news item: “Supreme Court to Hear Global Warming Case Against Power Companies”
    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/12/06/supreme-court-hear-global-warming-case-power-companies/

However, combine this Supreme Court news with my Breitbart article from 11/27, and the fundamental fault within this Connecticut case and the two other global warming nuisance lawsuits could become a HUGE story in itself……………….

“Global Warming Nuisance Lawsuits Are Based on a Fatal Flaw” http://biggovernment.com/rcook/2010/11/27/global-warming-nuisance-lawsuits-are-based-on-a-fatal-flaw/

Excerpt: With many red flags, most notably an accusation relying on a memo not seen in full context even in lawsuits having the potential to reshape multibillion-dollar industries, a simple question must be asked: If no parallel is established between skeptic scientists and highly questionable tobacco industry maneuvers, do the Comer and Kivalina lawsuits unravel because they depend so heavily on the “reposition” phrase, and does the Connecticut case also crumble with other arguments about human-caused global warming, if the skeptic scientists’ criticisms of IPCC assessments are not corrupted?

  3. Mike Davis says:

The Union of Concerned Scientists , which is a political activist group, is worried about politics ignoring science when that is what they have been doing. ROFLMAO!!

  4. R. de Haan says:

    Ted Turner is an Idiot
Obama made a big mistake pushing Health Care over Climate.

    Where is the firing squad.

    • Mike Davis says:

I would guess with him being ” Mr Jane Fonda” he has the qualifications to make those claims. Being married to Hanoi Jane he should know that a bad climate bill to fight an imaginary problem was more important than a bad health care bill that was designed to waste tax payer money!

  5. Bruce says:

“and that’s causing scientists to worry that Republicans will use their new positions for political grandstandingscientific advancement at the expense of scientific advancementpolitical grandstanding.”

There. It was garbled in translation from Cancuni and now says what it meant to say.

  6. felsefe says:

Not found in the same environment I think politicized science. makes this failure.

  7. Andy Weiss says:

    The AGW party is over!

  8. Andy Weiss says:

Yes, I heard the bad news about Dandy Don. But I wasn’t thinking about him when I did my post. Just a coincidence.
