“the planet is in peril because of global warming (plenty of proof) and that lavishing undeserved tax breaks on less than 5 percent of the wealthiest Americans”
I remember a time when alarmists would try to hide the fact that CAGW was a socialist contrivance. Now they use the words “global warming” and “undeserved tax breaks” in the same sentence. And then the author has the audacity to use the words “cockeyed thinking”? That’s a hoot. Rising sea levels? Uhmm, they have been for centuries. No, the rate of rise hasn’t changed.
Somehow, the author thinks not taking more money is equal to subsidizing. What kind of rational thought is that? Has the author even come close to quantifying the cost of this lunacy called global warming? The rise in utility bills are a direct result of policies and laws created to thwart this imaginary boogey man.
Then the author pitches the more recent funny, an “arid southwest”. Uhmm, yeh, its been called a desert for a long time. Now, I’m going out on a limb here, but I think deserts are suppose to be arid.
Thanks for the laughs! And the affirmation that CAGW is indeed, a socialist’s fantasy.
I signed in as Abiogenesis and linked to WUWT & http://www.publicaffairs.ubc.ca/2010/12/08/greenland-ice-sheet-flow-driven-by-short-term-weather-extremes-not-gradual-warming-ubc-research/
We’ll see if it gets past the censor.
Well, this is what I wrote….
