The record snow winter in the Northern Hemisphere (1978) was also the coldest.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Give me a break!
You must have missed the small print: “Except when it doesn’t.”
Yeah, there’s a temp where it’s too cold to snow. But calling any temp above that ‘warm’, is a flat out lie……………
From the post: Dr. Peter Hoeppe, Head of the Geo Risks Research Department at Munich Re. He said “that a clear pattern of continuing global warming was contributing to the natural disasters.”
Haven’t natural disasters been decreasing? http://stevengoddard.wordpress.com/2010/10/03/climate-change-disasters-on-the-decline/
So, by this logic, ACC contributes to a decreas in natural disasters?
There is absolutely no end to Romm’s delusions.
Munich Re is a reinsurance group so they would want everyone to believe there is more risk and spend more money on insurance. This is the same story coming out of the insurance groups for the Gulf Atlantic coast states. More Hazardous Hurricane conditions allow raising rates.
Like the Caitlin group that organised the North Pole stroll.
If you honestly believed CAGW was going to happen, would you really offer insurance against it?
Lazarus seems to object when we point out that some people use extreme weather events to “prove” global warming.
So perhaps he would like to look at the following comments from Hillary Clinton and Al Gore.
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/youre-a-fraud-al-gore-heckled-in-tampa/
http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=ad7_1282659896
When he has done so, could he tell us :-
a) whether he agrees with what they said.
b) if he disagrees, has he written to them to complain.
c) which scientists have complained to Gore + Clinton to tell them they are wrong.
I dont remember the winter of 1998/99 being a cold one.. That was around the time we were being told that snow would be a rare event due to global warming
So during the ice-age scare years when they had all those snow storms, they were the also the warmest years? Got it.
Science is fun!
LOL!
If it gets hot enough the whole world will be covered in snow.
Who are you? What have you done with Steve Goddard?
Romm cites published research. Even if wrong, perhaps ignoring a large body of contrary work, it’s not as if he’s just making this stuff up. Just mocking him — copying Romm’s methods — will get you a big audience. Just as it has for Romm.
Where is senseless slamming Steve for the misquote or out of context???
