I predict that temperatures will rise 80 degrees in Colorado before August. But we know that all animals will die though if the temperature increases two degrees.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Lesotho can afford to send an ambassador to the Swiss?
“About 40% of the population live below the international poverty line of US$1.25 a day.”

Scrag all the ambassadors and feed the people, you bunch of muppets.
Lesotho is the coldest country in Africa. It has nothing to fear from rising sea levels which looks like they fell last year. Anyone for ski?

“The soils in the mountain area are of basaltic origin, and those in the lowlands are derived mainly from the underlying cave sandstone. In the lowlands, the soil has been cropped continuously for upwards of 100 years. Because of the absence of fuel, practically all cattle manure is burnt, so that little or no organic matter is returned to the land. Thus, with increasing population, both human and livestock, excessive demands have been made on the soil which has lost its structure and has become seriously eroded. The soils in the mountains have been brought into cultivation comparatively recently and are rich, but shallow. With uncontrolled grazing, the areas above the arable land, in many places , became denuded of the grass cover, and the rush of surface water caused serious gully erosion on the arable land situated below. ”

I think he has more to worry about than climate change. I wonder what he would say if the developed world imposed draconian restrictions on CO2 immediately but as a consequence abandoned the fund for third world countries.
I can’t blame this guy as much as our home grown eco-tards. This guy is just exploiting an opportunity to take money from people who are trying to give it away. He’s just telling them what they want to hear.
