The fallout of climate change will fall disproportionately upon developing countries, which will, it estimates, bear 75-80 per cent of the damage.

Send money you don’t have – now – out of mindless, irrational guilt.
Mr. Nix,
The severe cold of recent winters show that you are totally clueless regarding the effects of global warming, or whether global warming is even taking place.
This Nix guy is a meathead, I can’t wait to read about a mob who drags a Greenie reporter, editor etc… from their office/home for spouting this nonsense, after they’ve lost a loved one to cold or frozen pipes. Interesting times are coming!!
There’s nothing like no money and rising costs of everything, because of this global warming bs, to make people hang on to what little money they have.
So the only fall out of climate change for those poor little crooked countries….
…is that they are not going to get paid
Heating costs could be lowered if the persecution of coal and oil would end. Africa, and all the other poor countries, should be supplied with electricity plants instead of the billions wasted on green alternative energy. Billions could build a lot of power plants.
You got it!! I figured it out when I read “Agenda 21” a year ago
“World ends tomorrow poor and Women hardest hit..”
To quote a phrase..
In many cultures women really are the hardest hit, literally. I could tell you stories that would bring tears to your eyes.
I wonder if the average AGWer can see through the sarcasm…of course it’s never “global warming” that “attacks the poor”. The reason the poor are hit is _poverty_.
And that is far from a truism.
There is a considerable literature in the development studies area about this and it should be easy for the Oxfams of this world to become familiar with it (if they only give it a try)
