Polar Bear Covered With Crude Oil
chuckles! 🙂
I get so tired of this stuff. There isn’t one shred of evidence oil exploration harms the poley bears in any manner.
Oh, I am sure there is some effect. After all, some polar bear IS going to try to pick off some drunk oil worker and get potted for its trouble, etc. However, the real question is if there will be a SIGNIFICANT effect on some SIGNIFICANT segment of the population. I think we can back of the envelope figure not really likely for significant effects.
probably greenpeace wack jobs out spraying a polar bear with oil to generate publicity, they have been known to use that deceptive tactic before and blame it on other intress they are fighting to generate support for their eco wacky ways!
Meanwhile Russia with the help of BP will do all they can to exploit their Arctic oil reserves.
Those G-d Damned SOB environmentalists would have us living in caves and burning bear dung if they had their way – no nuclear energy and no drilling for carbon-based fuels.
