Drivers are bad here…. they are absolutely insane in Eastern Europe. It will freak you out just to ride IN a taxi over there.
They will pass directly into oncoming traffic with no warning….. on an ice covered road. People stand between whizzing cars as though immortal. Perhaps their breakfast provides courage. I observed businessmen, well dressed, briefcases, Monday morning, all drinking multiple shots of vodka w/beer chasers for breakfast. Quite the life.
I just knew I should not have watched it.
