   So all victims of weather events will be able from now on to sue the Chinese and US governments?

     They should sue the scientific societies for promoting the scam of AGW and diverting monies from necessary projects to plan for future extreme weather events by moving at risk people from the known most affected locations. History provided a record of recurring events and those records have been ignored!

   Only 3 of the top 10 the last 41 years. Global warming must not have very much to do with intense hurricanes.
