     There was a story a some months ago that it isn’t just people in the left wing of politics, but it is also conservatives and Christians, who are believers in global warming. It was a lame attempt to try to change the image of global warming. I myself thought it was cheap, shallow, and transparent.

   In GoddardLand, dana (an American) is John (an Australian).

   And in GoddardLand, one simply must ignore the actual heat flows (measured well by, say, sea level rise?) and ignore all evidence and the statistics that show that a short term measurement of atmospheric temperatures is a retarded way of claiming that global warming doesn’t exist.

   Your Trendline is not statistically significant even at the 75%.

   Also note you’re using Hadley which has been shown by Roman M (a skeptic!) to undersample the warming according to the European Center for Medium and Long Range Forecasting.

       Steve, even cooling is proof of warming. Is why we had that bitter cold earlier this winter………see? All weather events are proof of warming.
