climate scientists today overwhelmingly agree that man-made climate change is occurring. A 2009 study of 77 active climate scientists found that 97% agreed that “human activity is a significant contributing factor in changing mean global temperatures.”

Out of over 3000 individuals surveyed only 77 qualified to be recognized for the results. If they had claimed 100% the results would have appeared unbalanced so they allowed 2 negative responses.
From what I read it is possible active Climate researchers were not actually qualified to be counted but an undergraduate in communications was.
The interpretation of the survey rated it as a POS!
Bwwahahahahahahaa…..they actually printed this???? Really? What happened to the thousands??? All the ones in the IPCC reports???
Now if only we could shoot the recalcitrant 2, we would have a 100% worthy of Saddam, Kim, Pol and other legitimate leaders. Or we can give it the team to adjust the numbers.
