   EPA is an Equal Opportunity regulator. To increase the bureaucracy they need to increase what they can regulate. The only thing EPA is mandated to protect is their government jobs and to actively increase their influence.

   What the f…. does any of this have to do with Latinos?

   If they are going to regulate, they should obviously do so without regard to race, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, IQ, income, deodorent you use and anything else you can think of.
