Gusting over 70MPH at NCAR today. Most days this month have had wind gusts over 40 MPH. A huge branch just broke off on to the roof of my house.

That is a bummer! Under those conditions I usually lose one or two trees across my drive. So I take a chain saw with me when I drive the property after a wind. But usually I find them on my walks to the ridge and cut the up later.
